How it works?
The project has 2,000 advertising spaces for further renting. Of these, 1,000 are small spaces and 1,000 are large ones. Small ones will be put up for initial sale at a 30% discount before launching the main sales of large advertising spaces. Of the total advertising space, 70% is put up for sale to clients and 30% is owned by the company. All advertising spaces will in prospect be rented, and this rent will be divided proportionally among the owners of the advertising spaces. All unsold advertising spaces will be eliminated during the startup, which will raise the rent price of the remaining ones. We will engage in marketing in further work with advertising spaces. The money received will be used to develop the resource, which will increase the cost of the resource and advertising spaces.
